a little spring catch-up
Time to share some "catch-up" and tell you about what I've been noticing and thinking about lately.
- Rebecca Cooper of Simple as That has a neat post on her blog about being the storyteller for your family. I've found that is one of the most important reasons for scrapbooking - to tell my family's stories.
- Jennifer Wilson at Simple Scrapper has a very useful post about spring cleaning for scrapbooking. This has been a big focus for me lately as I've decided to finally get everything and I mean EVERYTHING sorted and in order so I can actually get it all scrapped. This is a great resource so be sure to take a minute and read what she has to say.
- I love free printables and I'm always on the lookout for ones that will work well with my scrapbooking projects. Liz Tamanaha of Paislee Press has a beautiful hand lettered piece on her blog that is free to download.
- This is random (that's what catch-up posts are for though) but I found this bit about Phil Collins re-shooting all of his album covers to be very interesting. It gives me some ideas for photo projects in general. Sort of a spin off of the old picture/new picture theme.
