Reading goals with reviews and highlights
June 5 is the 156th day of the year so that means we are getting closer to the halfway mark that we will officially reach on July 1st. At the beginning of this year, I set a goal on Goodreads to complete 30 books and I’m already more than halfway finished. Yay me!
I have enjoyed almost every book I have read so far this year except for the John Grisham book. I have started 2 other books that I decided to quit and I’m proud of myself for that. I used to force myself to finish reading anything I started and then I realized that life is just too short to read things you don’t enjoy! I seem to be getting better at picking out books for myself because I have found so many great ones this year.
