catch up time
I've sure fallen behind lately. I decided to have a big "catch up" day yesterday and I finally feel like I'm seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Now that I've got my life a little more organized, I thought it would be great to get caught up on some blog sharing. My readers always love it when I link them up to some interesting finds.
I find Facebook groups to be very helpful for interacting with other memory keepers. I have a few favorites that I'd like to share.
- App Scrappers - Project Life. Be sure to read this pinned post for a great FAQ reference!
- Photo Fabulous Finishers. You need to complete the FREE class from Modern Photo Solutions to become a member of this group. It is a great place to ask and answer questions and get inspiration from others. I highly recommend it!
- Heart of Photo Fabulous. You need to complete the Heart of Photo Fabulous course from Modern Photo Solutions before you can join this group. This course is only taught a few times a year so it's harder to catch, but definitely worth doing. You can read my review here. I really enjoy the Facebook group!
I'm a big fan of photobooks and I use them to keep my documenting process simple and streamlined. I also combine creativity and plenty of digital supplies with templates to make the pages fun. There are so many ways to fit photo books into your memory keeping repertoire. I really love this post by Jennifer Wilson of Simple Scrapper and I think she brings up some great benefits to using photo books. You can see how my photo books look by going here.
School might have already ended in your area, but many kids (and teachers) are still waiting for that blessed last day. Here's a cute and free printable from The Lily Pad blog to help you with an end of year interview.
Are you looking for some photography inspiration for this month? I love the prompts that are included in this #MomentsMatter2017 challenge from Rebecca of Simple as That.
I'm also quite excited about this new challenge from Boho Berry. Her theme is creativity and she suggests journaling about each of these topics. These are the prompts to follow for the month. I also think this list would provide great inspiration for blogging, scrapbooking, art journaling, and photography. Cool idea! More details here.
