I finished two separate photobook projects and had them printed up in time for Christmas gifts. Yay me! Seriously, I’m really proud of this accomplishment and now I’m totally hooked on photobooks!
I used AdoramaPix to print 10x10 size hardcover photobooks and they turned out even better than I dreamed they would. I’ll be sharing many of the individual spreads and layouts in the days to come so I can link you up to supplies and share the tips I learned along the way. If you are wondering how I made that awesome cover, I used a piece of word art from Maya de Groot and a woodgrain paper from Kristin Cronin-Barrow.
Today’s tip is to create an Adorama Pix account and explore the sizes and options for photobooks. Take a look at how the pages are set up and get a feel for what it would take to create an album this way. If you use my referral link, you will get $5 off if you order, but there is no obligation to do this. You can look around for free and decide if you like the idea of making photobooks.
If you have some layouts that are already done, try uploading a few to see how easy it is. If you want to use one of their pre-made template books and just plug in your photos, you can try that out as well. There are plenty of options!
