My June 2021 roundup layout
June was a good month for us overall. We got to travel to Lake Tahoe (California side) with my entire family and spend several days just having fun together. I took tons of photos on vacation and I will use those to create different layouts. I didn’t take very many pictures once we got home because I got the first shingles shot and it wiped me out for several days. Seriously, it was much harder for me than the Covid vaccine which didn’t really cause me any problems. Then I sprained my ankle when I accidentally rolled it off the edge of our front porch doormat. Oh well, little life things happen like that.
I continued to keep my daily news journal and that has been really helpful for my journaling each month. I just jot down a few headlines each day in my Notes app on my iPhone. It’s simple, but has ended up being very useful.
I love seeing how the random bits of the month come together when I do my roundup!
Here are the “ingredients” of my page:
Paper from my Color Stories Black & White paper pack
Vaccine Map from The New York Times
Blank card and numbers template for Utah statistics
Summer card from Rachel Designs at The Digital Press July Stuff 2019
Digital washi tape by Miss Mint
Myriad Pro and Orator Std. fonts
Have you done your roundup yet? It’s not too late! I waited a little longer than usual to put this one together, but I’m so happy it’s done. It’s very meaningful to have a record of our everyday lives each month!
