March roundup prompts
It’s time to do a month-in-review of March. I love to take a memory inventory at the end of the month and document it all to add to our family albums. This is my 17th (SEVENTEEN!) year of doing monthly roundups. I started this routine in January of 2006, and it’s my most helpful tool for meaningful and easy memory keeping.
I share several prompt images each month on the last day of the month. One of them will always feature unique tips and tricks so be sure to check back each month for new ideas. I’m also including a link to my video walkthrough of how to document your life month by month and a demonstration of how to do a roundup.
Here are the images and lists for March 2022
Here are the prompts in written list form in case you want to copy and paste them into your own document.
Monthly Roundup Prompts: (choose the ones you want to document)
Holidays, celebrations, special occasions, big events
Individual and/or family updates
Progress in school, work, and personal projects
Books you read and things you learned
What you watched - shows, movies, plays, theater, performances, etc.
What you listened to - music, podcasts, audiobooks,
News - personal, local, national, international
Other ideas - joys, challenges, travels, adventures, health, goals, hobbies, play, weather, favorite finds, foods you ate, memes & humor
Here are this month’s bonus tips and ideas:
HOLIDAYS - document how you celebrated holidays or special days (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.)
GOOGLE IMAGES - Include an image for a favorite show you watched this month. Try to find a high resolution picture. Even low res pictures will be ok in a small space on a personal layout.
SEASONS CHANGE - With a new equinox, the seasons changed this month. Be sure to document that with some pictures and journaling.
I will be sharing these on my social media channels as well. I hope when you see these prompts, you will take a minute to gather your memories and record what happened in your life during the past month. You will be so glad you did!
