When we visit a new place, even for a few hours, we start paying attention in different ways. We notice colors, sounds, architecture, landscapes, food, and other details that we take for granted when we are home. We start seeing the world with fresh eyes. That shift in perspective is one of the reasons travel and creativity are so closely connected.

I love collecting travel quotes and sayings because they remind me that adventure doesn’t always require a passport or a plane ticket. It’s more about staying curious, exploring something new, and paying attention to the experiences that make life interesting.

If you’ve been following along with this month’s theme, you already know we’re focusing on travel and adventure. One of the easiest ways to explore a theme is with your camera. You don’t need to go far. A road trip, a day trip, a favorite local spot, or even a walk through your neighborhood can become part of the story.

I’ve been designing the Travel and Adventure Collection in my head for at least a year now. I have so many travel pages that I want to put together. I’ve also been thinking about the many adventures I want to document as well. There are so many ways to explore the world, and I’m excited to focus on this theme during the month of June.
