I have another brand new collection in my Color Stories series. This time it’s Ruby Reds! Red can be a tricky color to design with, but I had so much fun with all of these shades of red. I know I’m going to use this collection a lot and I’m already hard at work on a new video tutorial to show you some fun and useful tips.

It’s the last day of May and that means it’s a great time to take a few minutes and document what life has been like in your world for the past few weeks. Roundups are my most useful memory keeping tool and I love this simple habit!

I’ve always been into online shopping, but the pandemic made me rely even more heavily on the internet to find what I needed (and didn’t need). I’m betting a lot of you out there can relate! Sometimes I just like to browse through some of my past purchases in my online accounts and see what I’ve found. I thought it might be fun to share some of my favorites here as well. It turns out that all of these purchases are kitchen-related. I’ve definitely spent more time in the kitchen over the last year than I have in a long time!

I used to do quite a bit of sewing many years ago. I took my first sewing class at the age of 12 and made a wrap-around skirt for my first project. I remember being so proud of it when I wore it to church. I took sewing in both junior high and high school and always enjoyed it. My favorite part about sewing was looking through the pattern books. I always had big dreams when I perused those books.

I know it’s only been a few days since my last tutorial, but I’ve been wanting to get on a schedule where I publish a new tutorial when I release a brand new collection. I finally got there! This is one I get a lot of questions about - how to choose photos and supplies for scrapbook layouts. You can start with the photos or with the supplies - or use a combination approach.
