Holiday eats and treats

I’ll admit that one of my favorite things about the holiday season is the treats and goodies. I love cookies so this is a great time of year for me. I even hosted a neighborhood cookie exchange each year when I was a young mom. That was a really fun thing to do! I won’t be baking for a big crowd this year, but I still plan to make some of my favorite recipes. I'm always on the lookout for new ones as well so I’m using this post as an excuse to link up to some festive foods that look delicious.

recipe from My Recipes

Christmas Coleslaw from Foodtastic Mom

Cranberry Brie pull-apart bread from Half Baked Harvest

Antipasto Wreath From Simply Scratch

From Baked in AZ. - this is similar to a cheeseball that my mom makes and it’s one of my favorites.

Muddy Buddy Peanut Butter cookies from Batch Cookies

Reindeer Bark - my notes on perfecting it are in this post

Even simple or store-bought treats look fancy when displayed like this! Candy Charcuterie Boards from Salty Blond

Gingerbread bundt cake from Two Peas & Their Pod

My mom’s meltaways - it isn’t Christmas without these!
