12 fun facts about me

I realized the other day that the photo I’ve been using for my “about” page (now updated) was from 2016. Somehow, 2016 was six years ago! How did that happen? I decided I better update it with a new one so I took a quick selfie using portrait mode on my iPhone. I’m trying to be better about getting in front of the camera this year so it was a good exercise.

It also gave me the opportunity to think about some fun facts to share about myself. I’ve shared many of these details in various places before, but I wonder if any of them might surprise you?

This year will be my 17th year of blogging and I still love sharing my thoughts and ideas here. I’m so grateful for all the readers who have made this such a wonderful experience. It’s hard to imagine what my creative life would be like without this little home on the internet. Thank you so much for all of your continued support over the years!
