Did you know this is my 20th (yes, TWENTY!) year of blogging? It’s hard to believe how long I’ve been part of the blog world. I know I haven’t posted as much lately while recovering from surgery, but I’ve been around for a long time—long enough to see many of the blogs I once loved disappear, though a few have truly stood the test of time. I’ve never promoted my blog much, but I’d like to change that. So you can imagine my surprise (and delight!) when I discovered my blog was listed on Feedspot’s 60 Best Scrapbooking Blogs and Websites in 2025. What a lovely honor!

I realized the other day that the photo I’ve been using for my “about” page (now updated) was from 2016. Somehow, 2016 was six years ago! How did that happen? I decided I better update it with a new one so I took a quick selfie using portrait mode on my iPhone. Have you heard of Campsite?

I’m excited about a new tool I found last week when I visited someone’s Instagram profile page. It’s called Campsite and it’s free and helps you put all of your important links in one place. This is important when you can only include one link in your profile - which is the case with platforms like Instagram and Twitter. My blog has always been my homebase for all of my links, but in a mobile app connected world, it’s nice to have an easy way to help others find all of your resources.
