Document your favorite holiday music

I shared this collage on Instagram earlier this month, but I wanted to include it here as an example of a creative way to document holiday music favorites.

I’m a bit particular when it comes to holiday music. I tend to get tired of hearing the same songs on repeat, and there are plenty of covers that don’t quite hit the mark for me. One of my most memorable holiday music experiences was spending Christmas in Hawaii. Hearing familiar tunes played on the ukulele added such a unique and refreshing twist! That being said, there are a few songs I absolutely love, and it just wouldn’t feel like December without them.

Here are some of my all-time holiday favorites:

  1. U2 - Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)

  2. Bob Seger - Little Drummer Boy

  3. Big Bad Voodoo Daddy - Mr. Heatmiser

  4. Snoop Dogg & Anna Kendrick - Winter Wonderland / Here Comes Santa Claus

  5. Raffi - Silent Night / Away in a Manger - It is an instrumental medley that is very pretty.

  6. Jonas Brothers - Like It's Christmas

  7. Jimmy Bufffet - Mele Kalikimaka

  8. Barenaked Ladies, Sarah McLachlan - God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen

  9. Chuck Berry - Run Rudolph
