A new tradition

I started a new tradition this year with my daughter and her husband. I’m going to give them an ornament for their tree each year. and the idea is that it will be something that represented their year. I’m going to do this on Thanksgiving weekend so they can hang it up on their tree and enjoy it during the holiday season. This year I did something pretty fancy because it was their wedding year. I had a talented artist from ETSY make an ornament of their wedding cake.

Fifty Fun Ways to Make Fall Memories

Because I love lists and anything related to making fun memories, I started searching for “Fall Bucket Lists” on Google a few weeks ago and I couldn’t find any that really seemed doable and general enough for my needs. I wanted something that I could print out and put on a bulletin board to inspire our family so I ended up making one. I’m happy to share it here with all of you. LEON Day

LEON is NOEL spelled backwards. It means six months until Christmas. I can't even fathom the holiday season at this point in time since I'm deep in wedding planning mode for my daughter's August wedding, but I guess it's good to have a reminder that we are already halfway to Christmas!
