Craft a Life You Love
I’ve been reading a lot of great books this year and one of my favorites was Craft a Life You Love by Amy Tangerine. I’ve followed Amy’s work for several years, but I didn’t know much about her background or how she got started in the scrapbooking industry. Her story is fascinating and her philosophy on crafting is so refreshing. I felt so inspired after I read this book that I ordered another copy and sent it to my daughter.
Let's have a laugh!
I’m in the mood for a giggle or two today so I thought I would share some of the funny things I’ve been collecting. 🤣
It's time to roundup the month of April
I don’t even have to think about doing a roundup at the end of the month anymore because it has just become part of my memory keeping routine. I can look back at any month since I started doing roundups in January of 2006 and find information on what our lives were like at any given time. It’s very useful for memory keeping and often helpful in many other ways as well. I’m excited to getting working on my April roundup! 🌷
Will Spring ever arrive?
Hi. I’m still here. I bet you didn’t even know I was gone for a bit. I’ve been out of town for a week helping my daughter with a few things and getting in a nice visit with her and her husband. Alex came along as well (broken leg and all). We are back for a somewhat routine week of our lives that seem to be anything but routine these days.
Sharing my March Roundup
I just realized that I never shared my March roundup page here. I posted it on Instagram right at the beginning of March but neglected to post it here. I love how it turned out!
Staying creative when things are crazy
My life has really been crazy this year. We’ve had some significant illnesses, injuries, challenges, changes, and just all sorts of random things that have popped up. It’s really always been that way (life usually keeps us on our toes) but it feels like it’s been a bit of a pile on lately. Even with all of that, we are all still OK and that’s what matters at the end of the day.
Gallery wall ideas
I would love to have a gallery wall or two filled with photos and a few other fun pieces. I decided to browse through Pinterest for some ideas and then it dawned on me to turn it into a blog post to share with all of you. I hope you will consider putting more of your photos on display in your home. It means so much and helps those who see them appreciate how much they are loved and celebrated.
Lighten the mood
I’m not that into April Fool’s Day, but I do love a good giggle. This seems like the perfect time to share some funnies I’ve been collecting. 😃
End of March means it's time do a Roundup
I don’t know about you, but I’m ready for March to be over! We had a crazy month full of injuries and sickness and I’m excited to turn the page of the calendar and start fresh with April. I am looking forward to doing my roundup. It’s just become part of my routine and I’m so grateful for that. I can look back at any month since I started doing roundups in January of 2006 and find information on what our lives were like at any given time. It’s very useful for memory keeping and often helpful in many other ways as well. If you’ve never tried a roundup, how about making this the month you start? ☘️
