August is almost over
It’s almost the end of the month and that means it’s a great time to roundup your memories and document them before too much time passes. One of the greatest tricks we play on ourselves is thinking we will remember. We don't need to write it down, right? Does that even work for the grocery store? Don’t let yourself fall into that trap. Memories are important! That’s why I love taking a few minutes at the end of each month to do a roundup.
My July 2021 Memory Roundup
Our July was an interesting mix of social visits (hooray!), watching our favorite shows, and several medical tests for me. I'm fine, but I seem to be a bit of a mystery to the doctors right now. I've had enlarged lymph nodes in my armpits for 5 months (started before I got the vaccine) and some concerning breast lumps, but everything has turned out normal so far. I've had 3 mammograms, 2 ultrasounds, and 1 biopsy. Then I had several more biopsies during my colonoscopy & endoscopy procedures. Doctor thought everything looked fine so it will be good to find out for sure.
Time to roundup July 2021
It’s already the end of the month and that means it’s a great time to roundup your memories and document them before too much time passes. One of the greatest tricks we play on ourselves is thinking we will remember. We don't need to write it down, right? Does that even work for the grocery store? Don’t let yourself fall into that trap. So take a few minutes and let these prompts help you record the things that happened in your life over the past month.
My June 2021 roundup layout
June was a good month for us overall. We got to travel to Lake Tahoe (California side) with my entire family and spend several days just having fun together. I took tons of photos on vacation and I will use those to create different layouts. I didn’t take very many pictures once we got home because I got the first shingles shot and it wiped me out for several days. Seriously, it was much harder for me than the Covid vaccine which didn’t really cause me any problems. Then I sprained my ankle when I accidentally rolled it off the edge of our front porch doormat. Oh well, little life things happen like that.
Roundup time for June 2021
It’s the last day of June and the year is halfway over now. Crazy, right? The end of the month means it’s a great time to do a recap of what has happened during that time before you forget. Don’t think you will forget? Trust me, you will! Take a few minutes and use these prompts to help you document your memories.
My roundup for May 2021
I finished my May roundup and I’m happy to share the finished layout with you. I hope it helps you to see how I document our everyday life in a monthly format. Some scrappers prefer a daily or weekly spread and that’s great too. For me, the monthly approach has really been perfect!
Time to roundup the month of May
It’s the last day of May and that means it’s a great time to take a few minutes and document what life has been like in your world for the past few weeks. Roundups are my most useful memory keeping tool and I love this simple habit!
My April Roundup
I finished my April Roundup page over the weekend and I’m glad to have these details recorded for our memory books. Sometimes it’s really tough to document the difficult news, but there were also bright spots as well and I want to remember both sides of the equation. As a household, we are now all fully vaccinated and it sure feels good!
Posting the April roundup prompts a few days early
I’m sharing the April roundup graphic today because the next few days are very busy ones in the world of scrapbooking. Saturday, May 1st is International Scrapbook Day! That means I will be having a storewide sale (which only happens twice a year. The next one is not until October). I will also have a new collection hitting the shop and plenty of fun ideas to share in my latest newsletter. Get ready for a great weekend!
