Last day of February
It's the last day of the month, which means it's a great time to look back at the memories of the past 28 days and do a roundup! This is something that I started back on my very first blog back in 2006, and I have kept going strong with the practice ever since then. Creating a quick recap of the month as it ends has been my most helpful memory-keeping tool and has made a huge difference (for the better) in how I view my everyday life.
I love sharing this idea with others, and I've had so many tell me that this has impacted their lives. I hope you will take a few minutes to reflect on the month as it ends and celebrate the memories made.
Reading Fun
I’ve been so busy designing Monthly Memories items lately that I’m sure you’ve wondered if I was going to work on anything else. I definitely have plans for more themed releases each month. My daughter Riley and I have planned out the entire year of designs. It’s so inspiring to have a big picture in mind as I work on these collections.
My favorite online tools to help me stay organized
There are so many great websites and apps to help us be productive and stay organized. It’s entirely possible to spend all of your time working on researching and optimizing these resources, and it can be pretty overwhelming. However, I’ve found that year after year, I have a few favorites that I always use. These are my go-to tools for keeping life organized and manageable.
February Memories & Love
We are speeding through the month of February and it’s time for another Monthly Memories collection release. I hope your February memories will be filled with much love and happiness! I have two new sets of papers, two card packs, and some bits and pieces to help you document your everyday life.
First roundup of 2023 completed
I’m excited about documenting each month’s memories this year, and I’m happy to have January “in the books”! It was a good month for us, with lots of grandbaby snuggles and a week-long stay at our cabin. I’ve also made a lot of progress with healing after my December ankle surgery.
It’s time for a January Roundup!
I'm starting my 18th (eighteen!) year of doing monthly roundups! This is something that I started back on my very first blog back in 2006, and I have kept going strong with the practice ever since then. Creating a quick recap of the month as it ends has been my most helpful memory-keeping tool and something that has made a huge difference (for the better) in how I view my everyday life.
Getting ready for a new year of roundups
One of the best ways to get motivated for a new year of memory keeping is to look back at the past year. I’m really proud of myself for doing 12 months of roundups and turning those into meaningful memory layouts
Got my December roudup done
I started worrying that I wouldn't finish my December roundup before January ended! I knew I would be late in completing it because of my surgery recovery, so I've been patient with myself about the whole thing. Still, it feels really good to have it done!
My word for 2023 - STEPS
Do you pick a word for the year? Ali Edwards has inspired me to choose One Little Word every year since 2008. It’s become a really special tradition and every member of our family chooses their own word as well.
